Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel for power assistance that can be attached to or detached from a wheelchair, which is capable of imparting stable resistance force to a hand rim base part that swings to a wheel hub, with less maintenance load such as replacement of a component.SOLUTION: A hand rim base part 39 is rotatably supported by an axle 32 and rotates by the rotation of a hand rim. A wheel hub 383 is attached to the axle 32 and rotates by the rotation of the hand rim base part 39. A coil spring 40 is interposed between the hand rim base part 39 and the wheel hub 383, and biases the hand rim base part 39 or the wheel hub 383 in a direction of eliminating the relative displacement according to the operation force of the hand rim. An attenuation device 6 is interposed between the hand rim base part 39 and the wheel hub 383, and attenuates the biasing force of the coil spring 40 in a direction of generating resistance.
