Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody whose ADCC activity is strengthened and a method for manufacturing it.SOLUTION: By substituting cysteine for the amino acid at a position 244, 246 or 259 of a human heavy chain constant region, the ADCC activity of the antibody becomes more than 10 times higher than that of the unsubstituted antibody. When lymphoma model mice are administered with an anti-CD20 chimera antibody whose amino acid at the position 244 or 246 is replaced with cysteine, the survival length (days) of the model mice is significantly improved compared with those administered with the unsubstituted antibody.
