In the photoelectric conversion layer, a first semiconductor layer obtained by depositing or adsorbing an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite compound A onto the surface of a porous semiconductor fine particle layer formed on the electrode substrates and a second layer comprising carbon nanotubes which is formed as a film or an adsorbed body comprising an inorganic perovskite compound B and/or an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite compound C are joined together. |
