PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce passing tickets to be issued.SOLUTION: A vehicular passage control includes a reception means and a display means. The reception means wirelessly receives information on an in-vehicle device from the in-vehicle device mounted in a vehicle. The display means displays a code symbol containing information identifying a place through which the vehicle passes for a display section provided in a position which can be picturized from a vehicle, when the information on the in-vehicle device received by the reception means contains that the vehicle has a picturization part.
