Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a traveling electrical component for a vehicle, effectively using the traveling air to perform cooling even in the case of layout in which a traveling electrical component is disposed at the side of a vehicle, so that the operational frequency of a motor-driven fan is lowered to reduce bad effects concerning fuel consumption and noise in the periphery.SOLUTION: A ram-air box 20 is disposed at the side of a vehicle, and the traveling air is introduced into an introduction port 20c of the ram air box 20 by an air guide part 21 formed on a side skirt 15 in the front thereof. The dynamic pressure of the introduced traveling air is converted to static pressure in a diffuser 20b, and guided into a surge tank part 20a, and the traveling air is passed through a radiator 19 by front-back differential pressure to heat-exchange with cooling water. The cooling water the temperature of which drops is circulated through a traveling motor and an inverter to perform cooling. When an inverter temperature T rises, after an opening and closing valve 24 is opened, a motor-driven fan 23 is operated to cool the radiator 19.
