Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability by configuring a part of or all of operation display means by a touch panel so that the time when the touch panel is touched to the time when it reacts can be set in performing an operation.SOLUTION: A washing machine 29 includes an operation display part 128. In the operation display part 128, a glass plate 120 located on a product surface and a transparent electrode 121 arranged on a rear surface of the glass plate 120 are provided, and a touch panel 122 is configured by combining the glass plate 120 and the transparent electrode 121. Furthermore, control means 124 for controlling input/output of the touch panel 122, a timer 126 for measuring predetermined time and switching means 125 for changing and switching the measured time of the timer 126 are provided. The control of the switching means 125 is also performed by the control means 124.
