Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball collecting device adaptable to a hard ball disabled from contracting, and capable of collecting balls scattered on the ground such as playgrounds in a standing position while holding by a single hand and also simply discharging the collected balls by a single hand.SOLUTION: A ball collecting device includes: a cylindrical body 2 having a lower end opening 2b allowing a ball B to pass therethrough; and a cylindrical part 3 provided continuously extending upward from the cylindrical body 2. A stopper member 4b partly projecting from the peripheral edge part of the lower end opening 2b downwardly toward the inside to inhibit falling of the ball is provided on the cylindrical body 2 to freely enter and leave through the lower end opening 2b and be energized downward.
