LED STRAIGHT PIPE LAMP AND LUMINAIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high safety and low-cost LED straight pipe lamp while facilitating its clearing work from an existing fluorescent tube.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an LED straight tube lamp that stores, within a housing, a packaging circuit board having some semiconductor light-emitting elements mounted in a longer direction, a metallic and lengthwise-extending housing 2 of which sectional shape is approximately semi-cylindrical to install the packaging circuit board at a portion corresponding to a chord part of semi-circle, a translucent cover member 3 contacting to the housing, forming an approximate circular shape and extending in a longer direction, cap members 1a, 1b positioned at both ends of each of the housing and the translucent member, arranged to cover each of both ends and connectable to lighting fixture, and a power source board 7 having an electronic component 9 mounted thereon for converting an AC current supplied through terminals 4a to 4d installed at the cap members into a DC power source supplied to a semiconductor light-emitting element, and the circumference of the power source board 7 is covered by the electrical insulation cover member 3 extending in a longer direction that can be stored in the housing and then the power source board 7 is stored in the housing while being spaced apart from the housing.
