Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical compensation sheet having an optical anisotropic layer with reverse hybrid alignment, which reduces generation of display unevenness (a low retardation region) inherent to the reverse hybrid alignment, and to provide a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device using the optical compensation sheet.SOLUTION: The optical compensation sheet includes an alignment film on a transparent support body, and an optical anisotropic layer comprising a composition including at least a liquid crystalline compound on the alignment film. The liquid crystalline compound shows reverse hybrid alignment; and the alignment film includes at least one kind of carboxylic acid compound having a pKa of 2.5 or more, a LogP of -1.8 to 2.0 and a molecular weight of 190 or less. |
