Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atmospheric radiation quantity reducing method, a contaminant volume reducing method, and a liquid solution and a device used for them that can be used in a wide range of regions contaminated in association with a reactor accident or the like.SOLUTION: Inorganic porous powder formed by adsorbing and solidifying photocatalyst fine particles on its surface is mixed into a solution, in which a transition element, a potassium element, and a calcium element are dissolved, to make a solution. The solution, in a state where it flows in a ferromagnetic field and in a state where nano-bubbles are saturated in it, is used for separating radioactive materials, newly bonding them to a bonding agent, and then making them penetrate underground. At the same time, radioactive materials are covered by a thin film of the transition element, and γ-ray energy from a radioactive object is effectively converted by a photocatalytic action. Thus, generally at site, an atmospheric radiation quantity is reduced without collecting the radioactive materials, and, with a low temperature thermal decomposition apparatus using the solution, contaminant volumes can be reduced without letting cesium vaporise or discharge. Further, at a main accident site, an atmospheric radiation quantity is reduced by a similar method. |
