Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation blade capable of keeping breakage due to lightning strike to a minimum.SOLUTION: A wind power generation blade has a planar low-strength plate 6 which has a relatively low strength as compared to a surrounding wing surface wall 9, therefore, at least partially is broken or is separated from a wing surface in accordance with a pressure rise in a hollow part 11 of the blade body 4 and opens a pressure in the hollow part 11 of the blade body 4, on the wing surface between a leading edge 7 and a trailing edge 8 of the blade main body 4 of a hollow structure. Therein, the low-strength plate 6 is prepared with a material different from the blade main body 4 so as to cover an opening part 14 formed, for example, on the wing surface and, when the pressure rise in the hollow part 11 of the blade main body 4 occurs, at least a part of the planar low-strength plate 6 is broken or is separated from the wing surface, a pressure in the hollow part 11 of the blade main body 4 is opened and a damage upon lightning strike is kept to a minimum.
