Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving device capable of rotating an arm in a horizontal direction without using a motor rotating the arm in the horizontal direction.SOLUTION: A moving device 1 includes vertical rotary shafts 11, 12 and 19 extending in a vertical axis direction and an arm 2 (13, 18a, 18b) in which a base section side is rotatably connected to the vertical rotary shafts 11, 12 and 19 and extends in a horizontal direction. In the moving device 1, the arm 2 (13, 18a, 18b) is rotated around the vertical rotary shafts 11, 12 and 19 to thereby move an object 100 to be moved which is provided on a tip side of the arm 2 (13, 18a, 18b) in a horizontal direction. The moving device 1 further includes tilting means 5 tilting the vertical rotary shafts 11, 12 and 19.
