TREATMENT METHOD OF WASTE WATER FLOW GENERATED IN POST-TREATMENT OF TRIACETONE AMINE-CONTAINING REACTION MIXTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for treating an aqueous flow generated in manufacturing of triacetone amine.SOLUTION: The method for post-treating a used aqueous phase comprises the following steps: a) removing a first organic component from a used aqueous phase by extraction with an extracting agent so as to obtain a second aqueous phase and an extract including the extracting agent; b) removing a second organic component from the second aqueous phase so as to obtain a third aqueous phase; c) removing water from the third aqueous phase so as to obtain a fourth aqueous phase and a separated aqueous phase which includes water removed from the third phase; and d) removing a third organic component from the fourth aqueous phase and clarifying the fourth aqueous phase. The method further includes an additional step e) of adjusting the pH value of the used aqueous phase, the second aqueous phase, the third aqueous phase, the fourth aqueous phase, and/or a fifth aqueous phase with an auxiliary agent.
