Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the drop of an output voltage even when an input voltage is comparatively low or a load current is comparatively large.SOLUTION: A switching element n_dr switches according to an on-signal Son and an off-signal Soff generated by a control circuit PG of a DC/DC converter 1. The control circuit PG generates a first control voltage Von which gradually increases from the deactivation of the off-signal Soff and a second control voltage Voff which gradually increases from the deactivation of the on-signal Son on the basis of an input DC voltage Vin. The control circuit PG deactivates the on-signal Son when the first control voltage Von exceeds a first reference voltage Vref2 and deactivates the off-signal Soff when the second control voltage Voff exceeds a second reference voltage Vref. The control circuit PG changes at least one of the first and the second reference voltages according to an output voltage DVout of a conversion circuit 10. |
