PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a character guidance or the like which has matched a voice guidance while listening to the voice guidance at terminal equipment.SOLUTION: The voice guidance server includes: a guidance transition state holding section 35 for holding the transition states of voice side and packet side guidance; a guidance transmission control section 38 for controlling the transmission of a voice guidance and a character guidance or the like to terminal equipment 50 in accordance with the held transition states; a response reception control section 39 for controlling the reception of a response voice signal corresponding to the voice guidance by a voice transmission/reception section 41 or response packet data corresponding to the character guidance or the like by a packet transmission/reception section 42; and a guidance synchronization control section 34 for, when either the response voice signal or the response packet data is received, matching the transition states stored by the guidance transition state holding section 35, corresponding to the received response voice signal or response packet data.
