At a position of the bottom face 11b of the magnetic core, while remaining an electrically insulative cover part 16 on a conductor top face 15b opposing the magnetic core, an electrode face 40 is formed while exposing the conductor 15 by exfoliating the cover part 16 on a conductor bottom face 15a.
