VEHICLE INFORMATION SYSTEM AND CENTER-SIDE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information system and a center-side device with which information obtained from vehicles can be effectively used.SOLUTION: A center-side device receives and accumulates information sent from a vehicle-side device, and performs predetermined analysis processes on information on driving conditions for respective points using the accumulated information and generates analysis results. The analysis result of a point located in a specific area that includes a position indicated by current position information included in the information received from the vehicle-side device installed in a target vehicle that is one of vehicles with vehicle-side devices installed and the received information are compared, and information to be sent to the vehicle-side device installed in the target vehicle is generated.
