IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND CONVEYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing a contamination of the top end of a paper and an omission of an image at the top end portion of the paper and to provide a conveying device.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises: an image forming apparatus body; toner image forming means including a housing storing at least one of a toner image holder holding a toner image and a toner holder supplying toner to the toner image holder; and recording medium conveying means attached to the image forming apparatus body, to be openable and closable and including an endless conveying belt wound around a pair of support rolls provided in the conveyance direction of the recording medium and conveying the recording medium and a regulation member facing the conveying belt and regulating the attitude of the recording medium. The regulation member comes into contact with the housing, to be positioned, when the recording medium conveying means is closed with respect to the image forming apparatus body.
