Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for correctly calculating a moving state of a moving object.SOLUTION: A first moving state including one of a position, a velocity, and a moving direction of a moving object moving in a movement space is estimated. The first moving state and a second moving state calculated in the past, which includes one of a position, a velocity, and a moving direction of the moving object moving in the movement space are used to set a constraint for calculation of a new second moving state. The constraint is used to correct the first moving state, whereby the new second moving state is calculated.
