Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation device capable of improving the positional accuracy of a container grip member as compared with a conventional one, and to provide a specimen analyzing device.SOLUTION: An agitation device includes: a base 121; a catcher 122 for gripping a reaction container; an elevation block 123; a supporting rubber 124 for coupling the elevation block 123 and the catcher; a motor 126; and a rotation shaft 127 connected to an output shaft of the motor 126. The rotation shaft 127 passes through a hole provided on the catcher 122, and the catcher 122 can vertically move along the rotation shaft 127. The rotation shaft 127 is provided with a positioning portion 127a and an eccentric portion 127b, and positioned at the positioning portion 127a when the catcher 122 grips the reaction container and positioned at the eccentric portion 127b when the catcher 122 is oscillated.
