TORQUE FLUCTUATION ABSORBING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus capable of restraining generation of noise due to the collision of a mass member when the torsional vibration of a power transmission system is equal to or greater than a predetermined level.SOLUTION: The torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus 100 comprises a plate member 1 having a rolling guide surface 121 and a mass member 2 rolling on the rolling guide surface 121 of the plate member 1. The rolling guide surface 121 includes a plurality of first rolling guide surfaces 121a provided radially inward relative to an outer circumferential portion 1a of the plate member 1 to be arranged in a circumferential direction and a second rolling guide surface 121b allowing the mass member 2 to roll on a locus which is different from a locus on the first rolling guide surface 121a formed in an arc shape. The torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus is configured to seamlessly switch a locus from the locus in which the mass member 2 rolls on the first rolling guide surface 121a to the locus in which the mass member 2 rolls on the second rolling guide surface 121b when the torsional vibration of a crank shaft 120a is equal to or greater than a predetermined level.
