Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust purifying device capable of recovering ammonia which gets out of an SCR catalyst.SOLUTION: An ammonia occlusion part 7 is disposed on the downstream of a muffler 6 and an upstream side exhaust valve 8 and a downstream side exhaust valve 9 are disposed respectively on the upstream and the downstream of the ammonia occlusion part. The ammonia occlusion part 7 and an ammonia occlusion tank 12 are communicated by a reductant recirculation pipe line 15 and a reductant recirculation valve 16 is disposed on the reductant recirculation pipe line 15. A reductant introduction pipe line 13 which communicates an exhaust pipe 2 and the ammonia occlusion tank 12 and a flow rate regulation valve 14 which is disposed on the reductant introduction pipe line 13 and regulates the flow rate of ammonia are provided. A heater 10 is disposed on the ammonia occlusion part 7 for heating the ammonia occlusion part 7.
