EXTERIOR WALL STRUCTURE OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure of a building, capable of preferably suppressing the infiltration of water into an indoor side at a joint.SOLUTION: An outer wall part 17 has a plurality of outer wall panels 31 arranged in a side-by-side manner, and each of the outer wall panels 31 has an outer wall face material 41 and a substrate frame 42. A joint 32 vertically extended is formed between the outer wall panels 31 adjacent to each other on right and left sides, and a cut-off sheet 56 is stretched astride the joint 32 and installed on the outer wall panels 31. The cut-off sheet 56 is fixed in a sandwiched state between the outer wall face material 41 and the substrate frame 42, and a gasket 54 is installed in a sandwiched state between the substrate frames 42 in the joint 32. The cut-off sheet 56 intrudes into the joint 32 from an outdoor side, and a covering part 58 for covering the gasket 54 from the indoor side and a guide part 59 for guiding water falling from the gasket 54 to the outdoor side further than the gasket 54 are formed by the cut-off sheet 56.
