PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presheet for making a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic in which mechanical physical properties of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic are excellent, and moreover molding time when making a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic made formed part can be reduced.SOLUTION: A presheet for making a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic is a sheet in which an air-laid web including a fibrillated chopped fiber and a heat fusible resin that binds the fibrillated chopped fibers is heat-treated, wherein the fibrillated chopped fiber is a fiber in which the chopped fiber in which a fiber convergence body comprising a reinforcement fiber is cut is fibrillated by an air stream.
