Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing easily disintegratable royal jelly capable of shortening disintegration time of the tablet containing royal jelly as a main component and method of producing it.SOLUTION: The tablet containing easily disintegratable royal jelly of the invention contains royal jelly as a main component and has a disintegration time of 30 minutes or less under disintegration test disclosed in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, Sixteenth Edition by virtue of changing conformation of a protein as an ingredient present in the royal jelly. Preferably, the change in conformation is performed by heating treatment at 45°C or higher.
