REMOTE MONITORING DEVICE OF ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce elevator failures in which an elevator is inoperable due to an operational error of an elevator control panel switch, for which maintenance stall is called, and reduce the non-operating time by enabling quick response even if such failures should occur.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring device of an elevator provided with a monitoring terminal 6 for monitoring the state of each part of an elevator 100, and a monitoring center 20 remotely connected with the monitoring terminal 6, includes a database 23 for storing scheduled and actual maintenance work, a switch closure detection device 61 provided on an operation control panel 10 in the car 1 for detecting the closure of a pre-set switch, and a maintenance work determination part 22 for determining the matching of a detection date when it is detected that the switch is closed, and a scheduled date or an actual date of the maintenance work stored in the database 23 for maintenance work. When the detection date and the scheduled date or the actual date are not matched, the notification to that effect is made.
