PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embroidery data processing device, an embroidery data processing program and a sewing machine, capable of expressing an embroidery pattern in a wide variety by using more many colors, and capable of acquiring various color arrangement patterns easily.SOLUTION: An embroidery data processing device includes color storage means for storing a plurality of colors which are defined beforehand. The embroidery data processing device executes: a processing for dividing an embroidery pattern into a plurality of partial regions based on embroidery data; and a processing for randomly extracting colors used as thread color data specifying colors of the partial regions out of a plurality of colors stored in the color storage means, for each of the partial regions, and allocating them.
