Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen paper manufacturing method for preventing tail sealing failure.SOLUTION: When performing a tail seal, the kitchen paper manufacturing method employs, as an adhesive glue for sticking a tail to a winding part formed into a roll shape: a first adhesive that is formed by mixing a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol-based adhesive with viscosity of 10,000-20,000 mPas at 30°C with a water-soluble adhesive based on a cellulose, a starch, an acrylic resin or a mixture thereof, with viscosity of 5-200 mPas at 30°C; and a second adhesive as a water-soluble adhesive based on polyethylene oxide, polyethyleneglycol or a mixture thereof, with viscosity of 2000-3000 mPas at 30°C.
