PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmography device capable of making quantitative image analysis.SOLUTION: An ophthalmography device includes: diopter scale correction means for making diopter scale correction according to a subject's eye; fluorescent image acquisition means having a light source for radiating excitation light to an eyeground of the subject's eye and acquiring a fluorescent image of the eyeground of the subject's eye generated by an excitation ray from the light source in the state where the subject's eye is subjected to diopter scale correction by the diopter scale correction means; standard sample photographing means for photographing a standard sample using an excitation ray from the light source in the state where the diopter scale correction is made by the diopter scale correction means to acquire fluorescent information generated from the standard sample, and acquiring a first reference light quantity information; and analysis means for analyzing the fluorescent image using diopter scale correction information acquired by the diopter scale correction means and the first reference light quantity information.
