Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salad including an acidic o/w-type emulsified food excellent in terms not only of storage stability even in a case of having been subjected to severe storage conditions such as temporarily abiding in a frozen state or a high-temperature state of approximately 40°C but also of transportation and storage aptitudes in the course of the distribution thereof.SOLUTION: The acidic o/w-type emulsified food included within the salad exhibits, granted that the temperature and complex viscosity of the food bears a specified relation, an excellent storage stability even in a case of having been subjected to severe storage conditions such as temporarily abiding in a frozen state or a high-temperature state of approximately 40°C and can prevent, on an occasion where the food is mixed with foodstuffs following the storage of the former, the oil separation and syneresis of the food. So long as this specified relation of the acidic o/w-type emulsified food is satisfied, a salad imparting a favorable appearance and taste can be prepared at any time regardless of the storage conditions of the food in question.
