PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable semiconductor device capable of suppressing a shift of the threshold voltage of a transistor due to deterioration.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device uses a sequential circuit including: a first transistor which controls electrical connection between first wiring and second wiring; a second transistor and a third transistor whose source and drain are electrically connected to each other and which control electrical connection between the second wiring and third wiring; and a switch group which controls electrical connection between the gate of the first transistor and the third wiring or fourth wiring, electrical connection between the gate of the second transistor and the third wiring or the fourth wiring, and electrical connection between the gate of the third transistor and the third wiring or the fourth wiring in accordance with a control signal.
