Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which enables the improvement of the production yield, thereby leading to the increase in the productivity.SOLUTION: A solid electrolytic capacitor includes an anode body 15 which is formed from valve action metal and has a porous layer provided therein, and from which an anode lead 7 is led out. The solid electrolytic capacitor further includes a dielectric layer 2, an oxide-film-restoration layer 3 capable of forming an oxide film, a solid electrolytic layer 4, a graphite paste layer 5, and a silver paste layer 6, in turn.
