Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting structure of a building which can reduce ultraviolet degradation and glare by preventing the floor of a building from being illuminated by direct light as much as possible and can secure high illuminance on the floor.SOLUTION: A high diffusion reflection sheet 7 whose diffuse reflectance is 90% or more is arranged facing a wall surface that forms a light guide space from a monitor roof 21 of a building 1 toward a floor 11 of a first story, a high diffusion reflection sheet 6 is also arranged on a rear surface side of the monitor roof 21, the monitor roof 21 is provided with a daylighting part 3 having an optical member 5 for changing a light beam direction, and sunlight introduced from the daylighting part 3 is repeatedly reflected by the high diffusion reflection sheet 7 arranged oppositely and guided to the floor 11 through the light guide space.
