PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate responses of auditors at a presentation quantitatively.SOLUTION: It is discriminated whether or not a comment contained in voice data recorded at the time of a presentation based on presentation data is made by a listener (auditor), and the comment contained in the voice data is voice-recognized so as to convert it into text data. Next, it is discriminated, on the basis of text data obtained by voice-recognizing a comment discriminated to be made by the listener, whether the comment is positive or negative to the presentation. For each part corresponding to each page of the presentation data in the form of voice data, a positive response index indicative of responses of listeners (auditors) is calculated on the basis of a discrimination result of positive or negative response as to comments discriminated as being made by listeners.
