Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bury a heat exchange part in ground thereby simplifying the facility and reducing the wear of the facility and the costs.SOLUTION: A snow cold utilization facility 1 includes: a heat exchange pipeline 2 which is buried in ground G immediately below a snow mountain, forms a closed circuit, and circulates a heat exchange liquid 5, the heat exchange pipeline 2 where a part of a passage protrudes on the ground; a circulation pump 3 which is provided on a ground part 2B of the heat exchange pipeline 2 and provides circulation power acting in one direction to the heat exchange liquid 5; and a heat exchanger 4 provided at the ground part 2B of the heat exchange pipeline 2 which is located at the upstream side of the circulation pump 3.
