Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing that can effectively restrain creep without the need to form a concave groove to which an O-ring is attached on the inner peripheral surface of an inner ring.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing 10 comprises an inner ring 12, an outer ring 11, and a plurality of rolling elements 13 rollably arranged between the inner ring 12 and the outer ring 11. The inner ring 12 is fitted to a shaft member 15 with a clearance, and the outer ring is rotated during use. A non-metallic elastic ring 20 is attached to at least one side of the inner ring 12. The elastic ring 20 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 12 with an interference, and fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft member 15 with an interference.
