Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertically continuous window-type ventilation device capable of improving operability, and an opening device.SOLUTION: A frame body configured in a rectangular shape is vertically partitioned with an intermediate frame 10, and upper and lower sashes 13 and 14 are attached in an outward-opening manner to upper and lower frame parts 11 and 12 configured by being partitioned with the intermediate frame 10, respectively. The intermediate frame 10 is provided with an operation part 15 for being commonly used to open/close the upper sash 13 and the lower sash. A first connection mechanism for converting an operating physical force of the operation part 15 to a force for opening/closing the upper sash 13, and a second connection mechanism for converting the same operating physical force to a force for opening/closing the lower sash 14 are provided.
