Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume compound and a novel flavor imparting or promoting agent including the compound that can endow oiliness feeling of full of natural feeling of grilled chicken, roast meat or the like to a drinking and eating product, especially the drinking and eating product having flavor of cooking meat; and a flavor imparting or promoting agent composition including the flavor imparting or promoting agent.SOLUTION: (Z)-pentadecenal (position of double bond is 7th position-10th position) can impart or promote an aroma characteristic such as oiliness feeling of full of natural feeling being trace-added to a drinking and eating product having citrus flavor of orange, lemon or the like other than cooking meat such as grilled chicken and roast meat; and is useful as a flavor imparting or promoting agent or a blending material of a flavor imparting or promoting agent composition.
