The building dedicated to LED lighting having no power supply unit further comprises: a power control device W to which AC power W1 is distributed from a power company through an electric pole WT and a power line T1; a DC power distribution panel D for accommodating an AC/DC converter ADa; a distribution line DL1 for LED lighting E1 installed in the vicinity of the room Ha30; a distribution line DL2 for LED lighting E2 installed in the vicinity of the room Ha30; a distribution line DL3 for LED lighting E7 installed in the vicinity of the room Ha40; a distribution line DL4 for LED lighting E9 installed in the vicinity of the room Ha50; the LED lighting E1 connected to the distribution line DL1 through an exclusive terminal C1; the LED lighting E2 connected to the distribution line DL2 through an exclusive terminal C2; the LED lighting E7 connected to the distribution line DL3 through an exclusive terminal C7; and the LED lighting E9 connected to the distribution line DL4 through an exclusive terminal C9.
