Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated paper or coated cardboard having a high glossiness, favorable smoothness, and improved flexural rigidity.SOLUTION: The provided coated paper or coated cardboard is a coated paper or coated cardboard comprising a raw paper 104 having a first primary surface and a second primary surface opposite the first primary surface; and a coating layer 100 formed, as a layer coated atop either of the first and second primary surfaces, from a coating agent admixture including a binder, a hollow polymer pigment accounting for approximately 25-65 parts.mass with respect to 100 parts.mass of all pigments, and another pigment accounting for the balance of the 100 parts.mass of all pigments; the roughness of the coating layer is 1.65 PPS-H5 or lower (Parker Print Surf 5).
