Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a shrink label in which displacement of the shrink label is prevented during thermal shrinkage and the adhesive state of the shrink label is maintained when the container is frozen, and to provide the shrink label.SOLUTION: A container with a shrink label includes first adhesion parts 31 formed by a first heat sensitive adhesive and second adhesion parts 32 formed by a second heat sensitive adhesive that is different from the first heat sensitive adhesive as adhesion parts which enable the shrink label 2 to adhere to the container. The first heat sensitive adhesive is activated at a temperature which is relatively lower than that of the second heat sensitive adhesive. In the second heat sensitive adhesive, a rate, at which the adhesive strengh at a freezing temperature lowers from the adhesive strength at a normal temperature, is smaller than that of the first heat sensitive adhesive.
