Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary atomizing type coating device in which paint is scattered uniformly from a circumferential edge of a cup-shaped atomizing head, and to provide a rotary atomizing type coating method.SOLUTION: The paint spouted out to an atomizing space 9 is uniformly diverged by a protrusion 20 formed in the center of the back side of an atomizing head outer 8b, is made to flow outside in the radial direction along the back side of the atomizing head outer 8b by a centrifugal force, enters a paint passage 15 formed in the protrusion 14, and is ejected from an ejection port of the paint passage 15. The paint ejected from the ejection port of the paint passage 15 flies over a paint separation part 16 by the force of the ejected paint, and collides with an opposed step 17. Paint particles are spread by the impact, moved outside in the radial direction by the centrifugal force furthermore, and micronized and jumped out from a circumferential edge of the atomizing head outer 8b. |
