Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile parking facility capable of removing foreign substance existing on a power supplying coil and suppressing an increase in manufacturing costs due to a movable part.SOLUTION: A moving parking facility includes: a pallet 2 which has a moving vehicle M placed thereon, which is moved horizontally to accommodate the moving vehicle M in an accommodation space, and which has a magnetic-field-transmitting region corresponding to a power-receiving coil J provided on a bottom surface of the moving vehicle M; a power-supplying coil 3 which is provided in the accommodation space so as to face the magnetic-field-transmitting region, and which contactlessly supplies power to the power-receiving coil J; and a foreign-substance removal unit 4 which is provided on a lower surface 2b of the pallet 2, and which, along with a movement of the pallet 2, comes into contact with an upper surface 3a of the power-supplying coil 3 or engages with foreign substance at a fixed interval, thereby removing the foreign substance present on the upper surface 3a of the power-supplying coil 3.
