Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of converting a voltage applied to a load to a high voltage while maintaining an output distribution between a first battery and a second battery at a predetermined state.SOLUTION: A power circuit I includes: an electric power in which a first battery and a second battery are connected in series to each other; a load device connected with the power supply; and a converter that boosts a voltage of the power supply by operations of first and second switching elements connected in series to each other. The load device and the converter are disposed in parallel to the power supply. The power supply has a first junction point on an interconnect line for connecting the first battery with the second battery. The converter has a second junction point on an interconnect line for connecting the first switching element with the second switching element, and the first junction point and the second junction point are connected through a reactor L.
