PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call display system and incoming call display device capable of confirming from who an incoming call is received, providing excellent fashionability, and reflecting the taste of an owner.SOLUTION: An incoming call display system includes: a portable terminal device 10 having a short-distance communication unit 17 for wirelessly transmitting an incoming call report in a form corresponding to a previously registered incoming call source telephone number when the incoming call is received; and an incoming call display device 20 to be mountable on an article different from the portable terminal device 10. The incoming call display device 20 displays the reception of an incoming call by the portable terminal device 10 by allowing light emitting diodes 23R, 23G, 23B with color corresponding to an incoming call source telephone number to selectively emit light on the basis of an incoming call report to be received by a short-distance communication unit 21.
