Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connector in which noise and transmission loss in a high frequency are reduced.SOLUTION: The invented cable connector to be a cable side connector allowed to be connected to a circuit board side connector includes: a connector card having a first surface and a second surface to be a rear face of the first surface; a cable pad arranged on the first surface to connect a core wire of a cable; a contact arranged on a position opposed to the cable pad through the connector card of the second surface and allowed to be brought into contact with the circuit side connector; and a conduction part for conducting the cable pad to the contact through the connector card.
