Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a detection system or the like which can easily be used by distributedly installing a plurality of sensors and unitarily managing the plurality of sensors even without expert knowledge.SOLUTION: A detection system 1 includes a server 3, a plurality of sensors 5, and an information processor 7. The server 3 manages virtualization sensors obtained by virtualizing the plurality of sensors 5. A body section 25 of the sensor 5 is connected detachably to a communication section 23 and a measurement section 27. When a user changes the configuration of a certain sensor 5and installs the sensor at a prescribed position, the user operates the information processor 7 to change information of the virtualization sensor managed by the server 3. The server 3 transmits a real sensor information change instruction to the sensor 5in which information of the virtualization sensor is changed. A real sensor information changing section 37 of the sensor 5changes information of a real sensor information storage section 33 according to the real sensor information change instruction. A control section 35 controls the operation of the sensor 5 according to changed real sensor information.
