PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor, a processing system, an output method and a program capable of outputting information in a timing appropriate for each individual user.SOLUTION: The processor includes: a state recognition section 23 for recognizing a user's state; a personal information acquisition section 25 for acquiring the user's personal information; an output information acquisition section 27 for acquiring output information; and an output control section 29 which determines whether it is the time to have an output section 19 output the output information acquired by the output information acquisition section 27 or not on the basis of the user's state recognized by the state recognition section 23 and the user's personal information acquired by the personal information acquisition section 25 and, if it is the timing for outputting, has the output section 19 output the output information.
