Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground work management system capable of finding a work object area with high demand of ground work to be executed and less burden of moving thereto.SOLUTION: A ground work management system to manage a work executed with a ground work machine comprises: a data input section 6a to input positioning information and work information sent from a management unit 3 mounted on the ground work machine 1; a map data base 7b to store map data including a work object area to be a work object of the ground work machine 1; a degree of demand calculation section to calculate a degree of demand of the ground work machine 1 to execute the work in the work object area on the basis of at least the positioning information; and a data output section 6b to output information on the degree of the demand to the ground work machine 1.
