PRODUCTION METHOD OF FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC MADE HONEYCOMB CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a corrugate method fiber-reinforced plastic made honeycomb core in which first, cost is excellent, second, an irregular shape honeycomb core can be produced also, third, thermal strain is not generated, and fourth, weight is reduced.SOLUTION: A production method uses a lot of piece member subjects 17 that meet a cell shape of a honeycomb core. In addition, a piece member subject group 18 is invaginated while interposing a prepreg 19, then each interposed prepreg 19 is perfectly hardened by heat and compression and mutual places are jointed, then the piece member subjects 17 of each piece member subject group 18 are removed. Therefore, a fiber-reinforced plastic made honeycomb core that comprises a flat surface aggregate of a lot of hollow columnar cells performed by block forming by a cell wall is produced. The production method includes a preparation process; an invagination setting process; a corrugate process; a heating and compression process; and a final process of the like.
